  • AI agents follow configured conversation flows and may not handle unexpected topics outside their scripted scope
  • Voice quality and responsiveness depend on network conditions at both ends of the call

Call Quality Factors

Voice calls are delivered over internet (VoIP) infrastructure and are subject to:
