Our Commitment
EthnicPath Virtual is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We strive to provide an inclusive experience and comply with the Accessible Canada Act (ACA) and the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).
What We're Doing
- Designing our platform with keyboard navigation and screen reader compatibility in mind
- Using semantic HTML and ARIA attributes throughout our interfaces
- Maintaining sufficient color contrast ratios for text readability
- Providing alternative text for meaningful images
- Ensuring interactive elements have clear focus states
- Continuously reviewing and improving accessibility across new features
Information & Communication Technology
We are working to ensure our web platform, client portal, and admin interfaces are accessible to users with diverse abilities. This includes optimizing our digital tools for assistive technologies and following WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines where possible.
Communication
We aim to use clear, plain language across all communications. If you require information in an alternative format (e.g., large print, audio), please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
