Service Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice
To cancel your EthnicPath Virtual subscription, we require a minimum of 30 days' written notice via email. Only the authorized account holder may initiate a cancellation request.
2. How to Cancel
Send a cancellation request to support@ethnicpath.com with:
- Your account email address
- Company name (if applicable)
- Requested cancellation date
- Reason for cancellation (optional, helps us improve)
We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request within two (2) business days.
3. Billing & Access
- Your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period
- Pre-paid monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current cycle
- Any outstanding usage charges (overage minutes, SMS segments) will be invoiced in the final billing statement
- You retain full access to the platform until the end of your paid period
4. Data Retention After Cancellation
Upon cancellation, your account data is retained for 30 days to allow for account reactivation or data export requests. After this retention period, all account data — including campaign records, call logs, and analytics — will be permanently deleted.
If you need to export your data before cancellation takes effect, contact our support team and we will assist you with the export process.
5. Reactivation
If you wish to reactivate your account within the 30-day retention window, contact us at support@ethnicpath.com. A new subscription will be created at the current plan pricing.
